Veeam SQL 2008 R2 upgrade
I need to upgrade SQL2008 R2 express to SQL 2016 standard on our server, I am not a Database expert so I am looking for steps from someone who has done it. Thank you.

Hi Victor, if I'm not mistaken, you can perform an in-place upgrade from SQL Server 2008 R2 (provided you're on at least SP3) directly to SQL Server 2016. Just perform a Veeam B&R configuration backup first, to be on the safe side. Thanks!
