Veeam Support - Case # 00564275
I had a successful first time full backup and I wanted to view the files so I went onto VBEM and clicked on the files tab. However nothing shows up. I can't add the VM I did the backup of and it doesn't show up in the list. Newbie here but worked with Symantec, legato and unitrends in the past. Thanks.

Have you enabled guest file system indexing for that job?
