Hi All,
I am totally new with VEEAM product. Currently we are using vRanger and looking for a change.
I have emailed twice on this website http://www.veeam.com/salesinc.html but no one got back to me which disappointed me.
I was wondering how the VEEAM support team/ or sale team works, how efficient they are, 24/7? I'd like to know if it is better than vRanger's or not. Honestly I am happy with vRanger's support.

Actually, the link you have used has nothing to deal with support. What you have submitted is a sales request, I understand these go to our partners, but perhaps no one is picking it up from your sales region. Let me know where you are located and email address you have used, and I will forward your request for manual processing by our Inside Sales rep.

Also on this page, you will see the description of support programs we provide, as well as actual support policy (SLA depending on case severity).
