Veeam SureReplica Static Route Issues

I am trying to get SureReplica up and running. I have a ticket open and have been helped a few times on this.

I have a Veeam Server in my Production site which replicates VMs to my DR site. When I setup SureReplica and have my veeam server in the production site and run the job it will fail. I had my network admin add routes to the routers for the routes. Now when the job starts the ping test will fail then everything will fail. Here is the kicker, if I run the job then remove the static route that Veeam creates, it works fine. How can I make Veeam not create this static route?

no reply here or from support about this issue. I went ahead and wrote a program to look for the static route and remove it.
