VEEAM v5 suggestions

We REALLY need more flexibility in regards to scheduling backup and replication jobs... Something like the schedule you see on Exchange server's maintenance tab... I would like to be able to select a time slot and days of the week.. Below is an example of scheduling I'll need... The title represents a different job.

daily local backups
Mon-Fri - run at 8 pm every day

daily local replication
Mon-Fri - every 30 mins from 8am - 6pm

daily remote replication1
Mon-Fri - 11:59pm

weekly remote replication2
Sat - 11:59pm
