FYI
I've had this happen as well on a demo lab.
I think the cause is that a restore point in the chain is currently being offloaded to the capacity extent in Object storage (Azure Blob).

I doubt that this is by design, please contact our support team so that they can investigate the issue. If your assumption is correct, we should show another message that clearly says that the restore point is being offloaded.

Well it was my demo lab.
I just deleted the local chain using the veeam GUI and did an Active Full.
That resolved it for me, but that's the quick solution because it's a lab.
