Veeam VUL license - multiple VBR consoles?

If I have two sites - A & B with 10 VMs in each site.
Can I buy 20 x VUL and install a VBR instance at each site for backups?

Hello,
there are two ways:

1) you install enterprise manager and it will manage the single license consumption centrally across all VBR servers, or
2) you split the key in two license file of 10 each in the license portal

Or option 3, using a single console with all 20 VUL and deploy proxies/repos at each site as necessary to back everything up. No need to have two separate VBR servers for this configuration.
