Case #07101139.
After upgrading from V12 to V12.1 we have an issue with our immutable repository. When it’s up and running for a couple of days, the repository stops accepting jobs and jobs fail with timeouts or just freeze in the middle of a transfer. Looking at the top command, we see that the VeeamTransport service is using many cpu time. Stopping the veeamtransport service doesn’t work, the command never finishes. The only way to get out of this situation is to reboot the repository server. During shutdown, it also fails to stop the veeamtransport service until the 5 minute timeout is reached. Then it kills the process and finally reboots. After that everything works again until the issue come back after a couple of days. Installing the latest patch for V12.1 doesn’t help.
The repository server is an HP Proliant DL360 gen10 Plus.
Anyone experiencing this also?
