VBR 9.5u3a, Veeam Enterprise Manager 9.5u3a.
Administrator of particular vCD organization have faced the issue with FLR restore job: the files were restored successfully long time ago (on December 11) and it can be verified in job's log in Veeam Enterprise Manager as well as in Veeam B&R, but the state of job in VEM is "Restore in progress".
The state of this job in the FLRSessions table of VeeamBackupReporting DB is equal to "0" while other jobs (which are completed correctly) have state equal to "1". Take a look at the attached screenshot:
I want to manually update the state for this job in the database and set it to "1" but I'm not sure if it is safe. Should I stop the Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager service first?
P.S. I can't open the case in Veeam Support Service now. We have pretty big infrastructure, but out SnS was expired recently and it will be renewed only in few weeks (
