VIB, VBK and synthetic Question

How is everybody?.. here is my question about Veeam5.0.

VIB is Incrementals, VBK is full backup. I see these files on my target location. I was wondering what a synthetic backup file extention looks like. Im asking because I've schedules a synthetic backup yesterday on a test job and I've seen under the realtime statistic that the synthetic backup is proccesing. this morning I thought i can take a look at the synthetic backup and see (show) that it actually ran. I assume that after the synthetic job runs, it showes as a simple full backup, which is VBK.

am I right?
