Virtual disk configuration change detected - CBT failed

Hi
Someone can help me with this problem ?
Into Veeam Backup i saw this error message with some of vm backupped.

"Virtual disk configuration change detected, resetting CBT failed Details: A general system error occurred:
Creating VM snapshot
Error: A general system error occurred"

anyone applyed any changes in these vm, and until yesterday was all ok.
