virtual disk content not work during surebackup job

Dear all
Hi

i create one surebackup job with 2 task . in surebackup job creation wizard set process simultaneously up to :1 and also uncheck skip validation for application group VMs and check Validate entire Virtual disk content but in below pic it did not check virtual disk content why ?

From what i can tell from the screenshot is, that you have both machines in your application group.
On that application group you will validate your backups by doing a ping, heartbeat and application test.
This last one is where the VM fails, the actual starting of the VM has ping successfull.

The Application test basically probes a port and wait for a response.
This response never happens on the set tcp/udp port. This could be a firewall mishap. Sometimes a tested VM detects a 'new' network and sets it on public.
Alas, what you can do to find out the error is this:
- Make only the first VM you Application Group (and perform tests if you like, disable the tests for testing purposes).
- The second VM you test like you would normally
- Check the box in the surebackupjob Leave application group running.
- When the second VM fails, open the job window (of which you posted the screenshot), right click the VM and press the start button. This will start the VM in troubleshooting mode and will leave the VM running after the testing fails.
- You can click on the VM once it's underlined, this opens a console window to the VM.
- Log in
- Look for the problem
- ??
- Get a coffee, you've deserved it!

when i create seperate application group it will be work and verification test will be do
but just when i put all of them in an aaplication group this will be happen

also i did your steps problem not solved

This probably requires a bit more insight in regards to which script you are trying to execute on the VM's. If you select the VM with the failure you will get the log window in which you can see what is going wrong and why the test has failed. This will guide you further where to look to resolve the issue.

but that is so strange for me why when i put each of them in separate application group validation will be do succeed but when put all of them in one application group verification will be failed or disabled

If you can't resolve it best would be to contact support. My guess is there is a check on the second server which doesn't work and the configuration between the application group combined or single is different.
