virtual disk is not multiple 1 kb

Good morning,

on my veeam b&R 9.5 console, i have a backup for the my fileserver that has an error: virtual disk is not multiple 1 kb.

The settings vmware of this vm fileserver are:
hard disk 1: 60GB
hard disk 2: 1024 GB
hard disk 3: 1,8 TB

Why during backup job i have this error on hard disk 3???

Is it P2V VM?
