Virtual Lab, host decommisioned, what to do

Post by Mr. Nissen »

Hi,

Some of our Virtual Labs are configured to use hosts that in the meantime has been decommisioned.

When I try to edit or view the properties of said Virtual Labs, I get the following error:
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

Is there another way to change the host, or at least to view the settings of the Lab?

Thanks
Mr. Nissen

Hi Ulrik, you have to either delete this lab and re-deploy it on the new host or ask support for assistance in cleaning it up via database. Thanks.
