Hi
I would like to try the Quick Migration feature with Veeam Backup & replication 9.5 Update 4 (Free Edition).
Is there a contradiction on using this feature on Virtual machines with running SQLServer, Oracle or Mysql databases ?
I plan to use it in a hot migration.
Maybe these Virtual Machines are not good candidate ?
Thanks for your answers or recommendations.

Re: Virtual Machine with databases - Quick Migration V2V hot migration
Hi,
Please note that Quick migration will either suspend or shutdown the VM, depending on the hosts that you move the VM from/to.
You should probably resort to using replication instead, as that will allow you to use AAIP to ensure that MSSQL and Oracle databases are consistent. Although MySQL is not supported for AAIP, if there is a VSS writer for it on the VM then it might go smooth.
Thanks!
