vmfs extents ok?

I'm trying to backup a set of VM's from a VMFS volume consisting of many extents...

The windows backup server can see the disks, but veeam is using a network backup rather than SAN mode. Before I go around in circles: does Veeam support vmfs extents?

I haven't heard of issues in using VMFS extents from our customers before. So could you tell us if you've configured you backup server correctly for using SAN mode?

I've done SAN mode backups before - I suspect I've just got something wrong on the SAN storage... Back to the manual for me
