VMware SSO web client - "Use Windows session authentication"
"Use Windows session authentication" checkbox is grayed out(disabled) in VMware vCenter SSO web client. I have installed "Client Integration plugin" many times.
Have tried in browser(IE 10.0 & 11.0) The machine is Windows Server 2008 R2.
I tried googling, didn't come up anything. Hope someone has a idea. Kindly share it.
Thanks
ramesh

Dima,
Actual issue, use windows session authentication checkbox is disabled.
For that we have installed client integration plugin, but it shows again in disabled state.

Hi,
Have you upgraded you vSphere environment recently? Have you tried some other browser, i.e. Opera?
P.S. Though we are trying our best to help you, that's still a VMware related issue, so I think you should consider talking to VMware support anyway.
Thank you.

I did a quick search on this issue and it seems like switching the browser to FireFox fixed that issue for most people.

As mentioned above, it's not a Veeam specific problem, so, you'd better contact VMware support team and check whether the plugin is compatible with the said browser. Thanks,
