waiting for backup infrastructure resources availability

After upgrade from VBR 6.5 - 8.0 - to 9.5 all HyperV backup jobs wait infinitely at "waiting for backup infrastructure resources availabilit". I had Backup proxy only for Vmware, but adding proxy for hyperv (and hyperv role that it required), didn't help. My support case ID - 02371410.

What is the concurrent tasks number for proxy and repository servers used by the Hyper-V jobs?

2 concurrent tasks for proxy and one backup repository for all jobs( backup server, proxy and repository on one machine). Only one job executed but freezes for 9 hours(http://prntscr.com/h6a3q2)

Hmm...it looks like tasks number is not an issue here, let's see what our support team says after reviewing the debug logs.
