The owners rejected our proposal to pick up an equalogic SAN and told us to find something cheaper.
I'd like to pick your guys' brains if possible and see what other users have implemented. We were thinking of just getting a NAS and scrapping the SAN option.
Lenovo has a NAS that's only ~$10,000. Probably would work for us?
So long story short, what backup solution are you using and do you know the approximate ballpark of it? MSRP is fine, don't need to reveal special discounts your company gets.

Tom, here's a good topic regarding recommended backup storage, definitely worth reviewing: Recommendations for backup storage, backup target.
Hope this helps.
