what is the benefit of guest interaction proxy

i s the benefit of use guest interaction policy :

1- when we want get backup if select guest index file system and guest interaction proxy in the backup job it will be send guest indexing file system traffic from that backup proxy ??

Not only that, guest interaction proxy is used to perform all communication with the VM guest OS in cases where the backup server and VM are located in different networks.

is that your means for example if my veeam server is in vlan20 and VMs that i want get backup from them is in vlan40 that is better had a guest interaction proxy server in addition of backup proxy server ???

Correct, in case backup server doesn't have access to vlan40 network, you need a guest interaction proxy.

there are some use cases:
-remote network : instead of sending our runtime component over the line multiple times per vm, it is distributed by guest interaction proxy thus less bandwidth requirement. Maybe marginal if you have not that many vms in the remote network
-vm in dmz: instead of opening all ports to every vm in dmz, you can open only ports to the guest interaction proxy, thus simplified firewall. You can use VMware tools in this kind of setup as well but vmware tools api requires domain\administrator or computer\administrator credentials to do the backup

1- but now my vms are in different vms such as 40-42-60-20-113-120
and my veeam is in vlan 140 and all of vms can connect to veeam now in this mode what is the benefit of use guest interaction proxy ??

2 - will be send all of guest interaction proxy traffic from veeam server if not select any guest interaction proxy server ??

If you have everything in local site and your backup server has access to all the VMs, you do not have to use a dedicated guest interaction proxy, backup server itself will perform this role.
