What type of licenses to buy for our environnment

We have a vcenter server with 2 clusters in it.
Cluster A with 8 BL 460c Gen8 servers in it.
Cluster B with 3 BL 460c Gen8 servers in it.

We would like to backup all the vm's running in those 2 clusters.
What type and how much of each type do we have to buy to be able to backup al those vm's.
