Where to place feature requests?

Hi,

just a quick question: The support portal states that cases with severity 4 should be used for feature requests, too. So I opened some cases. Now support staff tells me that I should use the forum for feature requests. So what is true?

You can post feature requests here and they will be taken into consideration.

Support will accept feature requests too (for those who don't like to participate in forums for whatever reason). That said, forum is naturally a better place to submit feature request, because it allows to discuss each feature request in details, and get opinions of other users too. Thanks!

If I want to submit a list of several feature requests, should I make a separate post for each one? Is it preferred to put each request in the related forum topic? (eg requests for Windows Agents in Windows Agents, requests for B&R in B&R, etc).

Ideally you post per product your requests. This way it will get easier noticed by the responsible product managers.

Just kindly use search first, as most likely whatever you're about to ask has already been requested before, in which case please continue the existing discussion instead of creating a new topic.
