why surebackup can not test my linux backup

i have get backuo from a linux vm and now when want check my backup via surebackup it can not do job successfully but when check a windows backup with surebackup it will be work without problem

sure backup can not test linux backups?

can not detect vm starting because of timeout
Error Result : os did not boot in the allotted time

Hi,

That actually sounds like there is something else wrong and the VM cannot start due to maybe an issue with that backup. Can you create a support call, post the support case ID here and the follow-up after working with support?
