why Surebackup job fail for ping checking sometimes

Hi

i have a question i run surebackup but i faced in a problem sometimes when i run surebackup job first time it get fail in ping checking but for second time that run that job it don't get fail in ping and succeed what is the problem ?

Hi, we can only guess here - only debug logs can answer this for sure. For example, may be the first time backup repository was too busy, so SureBackup VM could not boot in time and actually respond to pings. Thanks!
