win7 vss snapshot

I have a win 7 pro VM. When I run backup I get a warning Creating snapshot Cannot initialize information about the guest's system. Target host: [172.16.99.219]. Cannot collect metrics about the guest's operation system. Cannot connect to the remote registry. Win32 error:The network path was not found. Code: 53

I disabled the firewall, file and print is enabled

Hello Larry, please check that you have Remote Registry service up and running on your Win 7 VM, then re-run the job. Thanks!
