Window for transferring backups with backup copy
Hello everyone, i'm having some problems with my backup copy job..
I need that my backup copy job transfer data every day but sundays, so i disabled sunday from 12 AM to 12 PM in the schedule configuration.
The thing is that the job still transfers data on sundays. Is there something i'm missing? because this should be very simple..
Thanks a lot!
Regards

Re: Window for transferring backups with backup copy
Hi,
Does it create a restore point on the target side during prohibited hours? If no then what do consider to be data transfer?
Thank you.

Re: Window for transferring backups with backup copy
Hello PTide.
Yes, during prohibited hours the backup copy job creates a restore point.
I should mention that the backup job from which the backup copy job creates the restore points runs every day. It doesn't have a secondary repository configured.

Re: Window for transferring backups with backup copy
Does your "Schedule" tab look like this?
Have you tried reloading (disabling -> enabling) your Backup Copy Job after you had configured that window? If both answers are "yes" that's an unexpected behaviour. In such case please open a ticket with support and post your case ID here.
Thank you.
