Windows Server Backup role and Veeam

I already have a Windows Server 2012 R2 server VM that is currently being backed up by Veeam using daily forward incremental backups with a weekly synthetic full backup. These backups are working without issue.

My question is, if I enable the Windows Server Backup role on this server, will that conflict in any fashion with Veeam? I want to perform a one-off backup using Windows Server Backup but I don't want that to stop the scheduled Veeam backups or cause anything to conflict/corrupt. Thanks.

No, you should not have any conflicts. But I would make sure they don't run at the same time, just in case. Thanks!
