Hi guys, I've noticed that Windows Update on Windows Server 2016 is quite different from Windows Server 2012 R2; is there any "best practice" to share to have both the Veeam Backup Server fully updated but avoiding any reboot during Veeam activity?
Actually I've set the "active working hours" from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM to let Veeam run smooth during the night, but I'm not really satisfied with this setup, since during the day I have running backups of Desktop PC with Veeam Endpoint
Any suggestion to share? Thanks a lot friends

Re: Windows Update on Windows Server 2016
Hello,
we have set update to manual with sconfig.cmd. If you look at the current problems with 2016 it might be better to not have automatic updating for such a core system .
We install the updates manually 2-3 weeks after the patchday.
