5.7 report not working - Virtual Machines. Right-sizing – VM

Hi all,

After upgrading to nworks 5.7 we discovered the new and improved reports.
Only one of the interesting reports didn't work at one of our environments.

Environment with SQL 2008 R2 works
Environment with SQL 2008 doesn't work

The error I get:
An error has occurred during report processing.
Query execution failed for dataset 'AnalysisDS'.
For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors.

Does anyone have the same problem and is there any solution?

Hello Marinus,

We should fully support both SQL 2008, and SQL 2008 R2.

The error could have a few causes - SQL collation issue mentioned in other posts, or upgrade issue, or something else...

Could you open a case with our support? Then we can dive into more details.
