Change Default SyslogPort VIC(MP 5.0)

Is it possible to change the default SyslogPort(514)?

I found on the VIC server a file named CollectorSettings.xml. In this file is a registry Dword setting "SyslogPort" default "514".
I guess this setting should be found in the registry: HKLM\Software\nworks\VIC\Collector\GlobalSettings. This not present here. So I tried to add the Dword.

When I add a new Dword named "SyslogPort" with e.g. decimal value "500" and restart the nworksVIC service the new added Dword and value are disappeared.
