Empty Description in Alert Rule "Veeam Agent: Application warning"

The Veeam Backup Monitoring MP has an alert rule "Veeam Agent: Application warning", which is tracking alerts and warnings from any veeam agents on endsystems.
unfortunately, the alert-description field in the SCOM-console for the alert stays empty. it seems, the rule catches a wrong alert parameter, because in the detail of the alert, there is an alert description but with a higher parameter-number.
is this a known behaviour? or is the event written in the windows event log from the agent wrong / bad?

We are using MP-version 9.1.0.3107 and our Veeam-Agents are running on version 6.0.2.1090

It looks like, indeed, the description is missing for this alert. Our QA team was able to confirm it. I think you can follow the recommendation from the KB to make sure everything is alright in such a case.

It is embedded into SCOM , just open the Product Knowledge tab in the properties of Veeam Agent: Application warning.

ah OK, we already reviewed the knowledge tab. i was hoping there is a specific KB to the described error above from the QA-team or better: some kind of workaround to fix this

There is no workaround on how to fix it, as it should be fixed in the code. Feel free to contact our support team if you need a hotfix (must be created separately) for this problem. Thanks!
