just finished upgrading to 5.5, everything went fine.
Noe I am waiting until the SCOM and the nworks, make a rebuild and I can see everything in my SCOM Console, as it was before.

Great news, thanks!

If you press the Rebuild Full Topology button in the nworks UI, that can speed up the re-discovery of the VMware environment in SCOM.

It's in nworks UI - Enterprise Manager tab, select top Enterprise Manager node and click the "Rebuild Full Topology" button.
