Overriding two monitor

Post by maekee »

Hi,
We are using the nworks (Veeam) Vmware-MP and it works fine.
I now have a question i would like to get some help with.

We have most of our Vmhosts in our main site but one in a remote site and when that site link goes down get get several alerts.
These are:

Name: nworks VirtualCenter: A possible host failure has been detected.
Description: A possible host failure has been detected by HA on REMOTEHOST in cluster C2 in Dxxx.

followed by...

Name: nworks VirtualCenter: VM Disconnected
Description: Insufficient resources to satisfy HA failover level on cluster C2 in Dxxx.

followed by...

Name: nworks VirtualCenter: VM Disconnected
Description: REMOTEVM on host REMOTEHOST in Dxxx is disconnected

and one for each virtual mashine in the remote site.

I would like to override so that no alerts are generated when the Site Link goes down that is not so uncommon.

I see that the Rule gathers information from the custom fields and that these custom fields are populated by scripts. But how do i override so that on alerts are generated from the remote site?

Thanks

maekee, I am sorry about that, please use support@veeam.com instead.
We have been performing nworks domain switch over today, this may have caused this issue.
