Toplogogy view

I've installed and configured the VEM components and OpsMgr Agent on a machine and imported the MP in OpsMgr and all seems to be ok at first, I can see all hosts and vm's and receive alerts of different ESX and VM's issues as expected, but when I go to view the datacenter topology it's empty. The collector has been running for about 24 h and still no diagram. Have I missed something in the settings?
