I saw three databases on the vCenter Instance:
RSA
vsphere41
vsphereUM
Where are they explained: usage, content, etc...

Although here at Veeam, almost all of us are VMware experts, there are certain areas of knowledge about vSphere which require answers directly from VMware team. I'm afraid that you are asking about things which only developers of the application can properly describe. I would recommend you to ask this question on vmware forums.

vsphereUM is almost certainly the database for update manager.
