Hi,
Is there any way to make the Veeam MP configuration and management service redundant? With multiple collectors and only 1 Veeam MP configuration and management service, you still have 1 point of failure...

Re: Veeam MP configuration and management service redundancy
Hi,
We have not researched any redundancy or clustering for the Veeam Extensions service - you are correct, there is only one such server.
However if the Extensions server fails, note that all Veeam Collectors will continue to gather data from the VMware environment. It won't be possible to make updates (such as adding a new vCenter) or perform Collector failover, however monitoring as configured would continue. This should allow enough time to recover the Extensions server (e.g from Veeam Backup )
