Is Support working? I've sent my problem to Support twice. No answer :-( Even no auto answer about open ticket.

Yes, Support Team is working, please check your spam filter for an automatic reply with the support case number. If you still do not recieve any email, try sending the request from a different email or just give us a call. By the way have you logged a support ticket via web form or writing directly to support@veeam.com?
