Hi,
When I login with the same credentials into the VIC, I can see VMs under our resource pools. When connecting to the same VC host in Veeam, I see the datacenter and resource pools under it, but no VMs under those pools.
My user account has minimal permissions for this datacenter and it very well may be a permissions issue, but I find it odd that I can see the VMs from the VIC but not through the VeeamOne client.
Do I need my account to have higher permissions for Veeam to pull data over what is required in Virtual Center?
I am running:
Vsphere client 5.5
Datacenter is also 5.5
Veeam One is 7.0.0.919
Thanks

Re: Able to see resources in VIC, but not Veeam for a datace
Hello,
You should be able to see the same infrastructure tree in both vSphere Client and Monitor Client assuming that the same connection account is used. Can you please tell me how have you assigned this account the VMs? Did you propagate the permissions to the VMs?
Thank you!
