Adding Additional SLA options
IN Veeam ONE you can obviously assign either "Mission Critical" or "Other" to the SLA category of a VM. How can I add more options to SLA than just these two?

Yes, you can go to Business View > Configuration > Groups and click "Add..." under SLA to add more groups to the SLA category.
