Adding VBR server to Veeam One

Hello guys,

I'm struggling with adding VBR server to V1. VBR is out of domain, I've created local user with local admin rights, VBR admins group contains local admins.

If I try any form of username like
.\usrname
vbrserver\usrname
usrname
nothing works, I always get msg: Access denied.
I even tried admin account with I'm usualy logging in - again in any form and nothing changed.

What am I doing wrong?

VBR Version: 12.0.0.1420
V1 Version: 12.0.1.2591

Hello Petr

Please check this page carefully and make sure that all permissions are granted.
Also note, that

You must use the account with local Administrator permissions in the following cases:
If machines that run Veeam ONE server and Veeam Backup & Replication server belong to different domains or workgroups.

If nothing helped and you are sure that all permissions were granted, please open a support case and provide a case ID in this thread.
