Hello together,
last week we upgraded out VeeamOne v12 to v13.
Since then four of our eight FailoverCluster in the Virtual Infrastructure View cant be reached anymore with the error message:
Unable to connect to CPSZG-HV01-CL.rbdom.rbroot.net. Specified server is not a Failover Cluster. This is the last record for this event.
There was no change to this Clusters or to the user who is trying to connect to the cluster.
I reentered all credential informations, checked on the host the permisson of the user etc.
I opend a case but for now i got no response

Re: After upgrade to v13, several Failover Cluster connection failed
Hello Peter,
I can see the ticket was flagged wrongly with Community Edition, already escalated and passed to the correct support pipeline.
We will keep you posted, this is very strange indeed as there were not changes on Hyper-V monitoring.
Let's continue working with support after they pick it up.
Thank you!
