Alarm on similary insufficient resources cluster Vmware

Hello

I have:

1 CLUSTER
3 NODES
DRS active

every day we add or delete a few Virtual machines to my enviroment.
I need know that if possible create a alart that send me Email or similary when the my cluster calc that cannot support the all power on VM in Two nodes (in case down one node)?
