We're starting to use Veeam One more often with our clients. We tested some settings by pulling a power supply on the vsphere host and got the alert and it repeated until the power supply was put back in at which time the repeated alerts stopped. What I didn't get, was a notification, that the issue was resolved. It simply stops. What steps must I take to resolve that? Basically, I want to use VeeamONE with my mail parser to generate tickets for my staff in Autotask.
