We're starting to use Veeam One more often with our clients. We tested some settings by pulling a power supply on the vsphere host and got the alert and it repeated until the power supply was put back in at which time the repeated alerts stopped. What I didn't get, was a notification, that the issue was resolved. It simply stops. What steps must I take to resolve that? Basically, I want to use VeeamONE with my mail parser to generate tickets for my staff in Autotask.

Hello Seth,
There are 2 types of the alarm resolution: automatic and manual. In your case the alarm can be resolved automatically if host gets powered-on or if someone resolve it manually in Veeam ONE console.

Could you check Notification Policy of the Server Settings?
The checkbox in Miscellaneous section should be filled.

What product version are you at?
Do you receive other alarm resolution notifications?

Can you open settings of the alarm in question and post screenshots for rules and post alarm action configuration?
