Post by Danne84 »

Latley we have seen asian characters in our notifications from ONE.
it looks like this: "Resolve action: 慍畮污਍"

Have anyone else seen this?

Hello,

What is the locale of your Veeam ONE server? Do you see Asian characters in the GUI also?

Thank you!

The locale is Sweden/Swedish so that's not the problem.
We only see this in "resolved action"

Hmm.. what about alarms history (aka repeat count on the Alarms Tab) in the Monitor Client? Resolved action is also displayed there.

There is no Resolved action in the monitor client.
The only thing i see there is Status,Time,Rules,Commet.
But no resolved action.

Yes, I meant to say what is displayed in the Rules section for the same alarm, sorry for the confusion. Additionally, do you receive that for all alarm notifications?

Ok, in this case I would suggest to contact our support team to review the debug logs. Once you do this, please let me know your case ID, so that I could update this thread with a solution for future readers.
