Automated Email reports are sent one hour earlier

I was wondering does Veeam One send automated email reports based off the server's time? Since daylight saving last week, our reports are coming in an hour earlier than scheduled. Maybe its as something as a simple reboot of the veeam one services or its a bug.

Hello,
The email reports should be sent in accordance with the Veeam ONE Reporter Server service. Is check if it`s started under Local System and the time settings of that machine.

The server time looks normal. I restarted the reporter service and the time is still off. I will reach out to support, thanks.

Morning,

Having this issue also, clocks went forward at the weekend and now all reports are coming out an hour later.
Scheduling time on the report is correct and the server time is correct?

Let's see what our support team can find out, but have you tried re-scheduling reports to see if that helps or not?

Is there a solution to this issue? Since the November time change all of my Veeam ONE reports are being delivered one hour early. The server's time is correct and it has been rebooted at least twice.

Above-mentioned issue was resolved by SQL script provided by Veeam support. So it makes sense to contact them.
By the way what product version are you at?
