Hi Pierluigi and welcome to the community! There is such an option for Hyper-V because you need credentials for Guest Disk collection, vSphere provides that info with no credentials. What product version are you at? What virtualization platform do you use in environment, Hyper-V or vSphere? Thanks!

In Hyper-V you can set Guest Credentials for all child objects on their parent, i.e. on host/cluster-level. Also you may set guest credentials for all Hyper-V objects in Veeam ONE Server settings. We are planning to add more flexible credentials manager in future versions. Thanks!

OK, can you please reference what you just told me? I'm not able to see it in the console (only selecting a single VM you have the "Guest OS Credentials" menu, not available if I right click a cluster or Hyper-v node.
