Is there any way to add physical server with OS except Esxi or vCenter such as Linux or windows ?

Hi Babak,
No, this is not possible. However, if you would like to monitor a couple of servers you might want to add windows-based machine to the backup console and assign it a proxy or repository role. After that these machines will be monitored, including CPU, Memory, Disk and Storage counters.Linux servers are not supported though.
