Can't uninstall Veeam One...

When trying to install Veeam One v10, the installer stopped me indicating, "In-place upgrade is supported from Version 9.5 Update 3 or later."

I don't currently have Veeam One installed, however, "Veeam One" remains in "Add Remove Programs." Therefore, when trying to uninstall Veeam One again, I receive the following error: "Failed to stop service 'VeeamDCS'".

The problem is that Veeam One isn't installed, but there are artifacts all over the registry, so the uninstaller is trying to stop a service that doesn't exist.

How shall I proceed? Is there a tool that will clean our the errant registry entries for Veeam One (that won't interfere with VBR)?
