I just installed veeam 9, and i cant succesfully add my vcenter server, it said i have incompatible esx, i know i have 2 esx 4.0 servers but i want veeam 9 to just exclude them and go ahead with success and monitor the other 5.0+ servers.
I can add the other esxi servers manually but i wont have vcenter and cluster stats available.
Is there something i can do besides upgrading my esx to 4.1 or newer?

Re: Cant add vcenter server excluding all 4.0 esx in veeam 9
Hi Manuel,
I'm afraid there only option would be to add all hosts as standalone ones or upgrade at least to v4.1. vSphere 4.0 support was dropped as per our release notes (this also applies to Veeam B&R v9).
Thanks!
