Changing computer name after installing

Hi,
I renamed Veeam One server hostname, after that Veeam one reporter and Veeam one Monitor were faild.
ERROR: SQL Server connection failure.
Veeam ONE Monitor collector service cannot access its database.

please guid me.

Hi,
What product version are you at? Do you have Veeam ONE SQL server installed separately (different computer) from Veeam ONE Server?

Hi Shim,

If your SQL server resides at the machine where you have changed the hostname, please launch the Support Utility tool, change the hostname for the SQL DB server and check if it's working by pressing the "Test" button.
